ORDERING FAQS

How long does it take to get an order?

  • All orders received by 1:00 p.m. Eastern time will be shipped the next business day from Wisconsin. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.
  • When ordering Safe Sitter® products for your classes, be sure to allow enough time for your own organization to process the purchase order.

Who can order Safe Sitter® products?

Only Safe Sitter® Providers can order Safe Sitter® products. Orders should be placed by the Site Coordinator or site’s purchasing agent. Students cannot order directly from Safe Sitter®.

Can I pay for my orders with a credit card?

Yes. We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), organization checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders.

Does each Student Handbook come with a completion card?

Yes. Each Student Handbook comes with one student completion card. It’s a good idea to order a few extra cards in case you misspell a student’s name.

Do I need a purchase order number to order?

All orders must be paid for at the time materials are ordered. Orders will not ship out without payment, with the exception of orders from government agencies and health systems with an approved purchase order (PO must be attached to order form). As a nonprofit organization, we rely on immediate payment in order to maintain inventory levels necessary to fulfill our providers’ orders

Can I sell the Safe Sitter® drawstring bags separately after class?

Yes. You can sell optional products like bags, flashlights, etc. to students either as part of the registration process or at the end of the class after the Ceremony. If these items are provided to students as part of their registration fee, all students must receive the same products.

What are the T-shirts made of and what sizes do they come in?

T-shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton and are available in adult sizes only. A size small will typically fit most middle school-aged students.
