This page includes convenient links to download important forms, including student registration forms and student certificate of completion. There is also a link to the digital presentation to use during your Safe@Home class. Before class, be sure to review the Facilitator’s Guide and practice with the digital presentation. After class, Licensed Providers and Licensed Instructor should submit your class roster. Contact your Safe Sitter National Headquarters if you have any questions.

• Safe@Home Digital Presentation – use in class as a visual aid for students. The digital presentation is a PDF consisting of 26 pages/slides. The presentation should be shown on-screen in full-screen mode. The numbers on the left side of the script in the Facilitator’s Guide will tell you what page of the presentation you should show the class for each section.
